Workboard Australia will not be liable to you or anyone else for any decision/s or action/s made or taken by you or anyone else based on relying on any information published or omitted from the Site.
NO GUARANTEES OF AVAILABILITY OF WORK EXPERIENCE OR EMPLOYERS
Workboard Australia is unable to provide any guarantees to you on the availability of any work experience opportunities or information on employers.
Workboard Australia will not be liable to you or any related or unrelated party at any time should a work experience opportunity be filled, or an employer has closed/ceased to function/no longer functioning.
Workboard Australia takes efforts to ensure that work experience opportunities, employer profiles and employee feedback are current, however no guarantee can be provided to you as to the authenticity, accuracy or currency of information published on the Site.

Where Workboard Australia is made aware of/or identifies breaches by a user of any law, rights of any persons, impersonation, misrepresentation or any conduct deemed by Workboard Australia as not in the best commercial interests of Workboard Australia or in the interests of other users, our work experience, employer, sponsor, advertiser or any other types of partners, then Workboard Australia reserves the right to terminate the user registration and prevent future use of the Site by the user in breach of this condition.
WORK EXPERIENCE OPPORTUNITY PROVIDERS, EMPLOYERS, SPONSORS, ADVERTISERS AND ANY OTHER PARTNERS WARRANTY
Work experience opportunities providers, employers, sponsors, advertisers and any other partners warrant that all information they provide on the site is accurate, does not breach any law or the rights of any person.
Work experience opportunities providers, employers, sponsors, advertisers and any other partners acknowledge that Workboard Australia may use all intellectual property in material provided by work experience opportunities providers, employers, sponsors, advertisers and any other partners without restriction, free of charge.
NO MISREPRESENTATIONS ALLOWED
You agree that it is a condition of your use of the Site and of any other services provided by Workboard Australia or through the Site that you will not either through any act or omission mislead or deceive others.
In particular you agree:
- not to use Workboard Australia to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or offend others
- not to publish, distribute, email, transmit or disseminate any material or information that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, indecent, offensive or inappropriate
- not to engage in surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, unsolicited e-mailing or spamming through/or by the use of the Site

TERMINATION OF PARTNERSHIPS
Workboard Australia may terminate any work experience, employer, sponsor, advertiser or any other partner type, by providing 30 days written (by email or registered post) notice.
SUSPENSION OF PARTNERSHIPS
Workboard Australia may suspend any work experience, employer, sponsor, advertiser or any other partner type, by providing 7 days written (by email or post) where an invoice issued by Workboard Australia is outstanding by more than 21 days.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid that part shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Termination of these Terms and Conditions will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of these Terms and Conditions.
The laws governing these Terms and Conditions will be the laws in Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its Courts and its Appellate Courts and the jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Australia sitting in Victoria.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions the words "Workboard Australia", "Workboard Australia Limited", "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to Workboard Australia and "Site" to materials delivered on www.workboard.com.au and other co-branded versions of the site.
